Disclosures

Effective Date: August 12, 2026

SurePath Credit Consulting LLC d/b/a SurePath Credit Consulting (“SurePath”) provides this page to explain important information about its personal credit, business credit, and business funding-related services.

These website disclosures are intended to promote transparency and help prospective clients understand the nature and limitations of SurePath’s services. They do not replace any disclosure statement, service agreement, cancellation notice, authorization, or other document required by federal or state law.

Regulatory Status and Service Availability

SurePath Credit Consulting LLC is licensed by the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit as a Credit Services Organization, License No. CSO00603. SurePath’s compliance records identify the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit as its licensing regulator.

The Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit licenses and regulates credit services organizations that work with individuals to improve their credit history, record, or rating or provide related advice or assistance.

SurePath provides regulated consumer-credit services only in jurisdictions where it is legally authorized to do so and where applicable licensing, registration, bonding, contractual, disclosure, and other requirements have been satisfied.

The availability of information about a service on this website does not constitute an offer to provide a regulated service in a jurisdiction where SurePath is not authorized to provide that service.

Important Consumer Credit Rights

You have the right to review your credit information and dispute information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete directly with consumer reporting agencies and the businesses that furnished the information.

You do not have to hire SurePath or any other credit services or credit repair organization to exercise those rights. Consumers can dispute legitimate credit-report errors themselves at little or no cost. The Federal Trade Commission provides information explaining how consumers can dispute credit-report errors directly.

No credit repair company can legally cause accurate and current negative information to be removed from a credit report merely because the information is unfavorable.

SurePath does not advise or encourage consumers to dispute information they know to be accurate, submit false information, file false identity-theft reports, or make false statements to consumer reporting agencies, creditors, lenders, or other parties.

Required Client Disclosures and Agreements

Before SurePath provides a regulated consumer-credit service, clients receive the written agreements, disclosures, cancellation notices, and other documents applicable to the service and jurisdiction.

Those documents describe the specific services to be performed, applicable fees and payment terms, estimated service period, cancellation rights, client responsibilities, and other legally required information.

This website Disclosures page is not a substitute for those documents.

Federal law requires covered credit repair organizations to provide specified disclosures, use written contracts, provide cancellation rights, and refrain from demanding advance payment for covered credit-repair services.

SurePath Personal Credit Services

SurePath offers different personal-credit services based on the client’s circumstances and goals.

The Credit Audit and Action Plan is required before entering SurePath’s Credit Repair pathway, including Essential or Advanced Credit Consulting.

A separate Credit Audit and Action Plan is not required before Personal Credit Optimization. Personal Credit Optimization includes the evaluation reasonably necessary to develop the optimization strategy.

The appropriate service depends on the client’s actual credit profile, documentation, goals, and circumstances. Purchasing one SurePath service does not guarantee that another service will be recommended or appropriate.

No Guaranteed Credit Results

SurePath does not guarantee:

  • deletion or removal of any credit-report item;

  • any specific increase in a credit score;

  • a particular creditor, furnisher, collector, or consumer reporting agency response;

  • a particular reinvestigation outcome;

  • mortgage, loan, lease, or credit approval;

  • particular interest rates or credit terms; or

  • results within a specific period.

SurePath does not challenge accurate, current, and verifiable adverse information as inaccurate merely because deletion is desired.

Credit outcomes depend on many factors outside SurePath’s control, including the information appearing in a consumer’s credit file, payment history, balances, new credit activity, creditor and bureau responses, scoring-model differences, and client follow-through.

Fees, Payment, and Cancellation Rights

SurePath does not treat the signing of a regulated consumer-credit service agreement as automatically making the service fee immediately due.

For covered consumer-credit services, fees are earned and requested only in accordance with the applicable written agreement, after the applicable service or documented milestone has been performed and after applicable cancellation requirements have been satisfied.

For example, SurePath’s Credit Audit agreement provides that the $299 Audit fee is not requested until the cancellation period has expired, the written Audit and Action Plan has been completed and delivered or made available, and an invoice or payment notice has been issued.

Specific payment triggers, cancellation rights, service periods, refund provisions, and third-party costs are stated in the applicable client agreement and disclosures. If applicable law provides greater protection, the greater protection controls.

Credit Monitoring and Affiliate Links

Certain SurePath personal-credit services require clients to maintain access to an approved credit monitoring product so that credit information can be reviewed throughout the service.

Clients must use a credit monitoring product approved by SurePath when monitoring is required, but clients are not required to enroll through a SurePath affiliate or referral link.

SurePath may receive referral or affiliate compensation if a client voluntarily enrolls through a SurePath affiliate or referral link. Choosing not to use a SurePath affiliate or referral link does not affect the SurePath service the client receives.

Credit-monitoring fees are charged by and paid to the applicable third-party provider and are separate from SurePath’s service fees. The monitoring requirement is based on platform compatibility, access needs, and SurePath’s service workflow.

Business Credit Services

SurePath may provide business credit education, development, assessment, and optimization services.

Business Credit Development is intended to help eligible businesses establish and develop an appropriate business credit profile and related practices.

Business Credit Optimization is a separate, needs-based service that may be recommended when an existing business credit profile requires material review, correction, restructuring, or optimization.

SurePath does not guarantee particular business credit scores, reporting outcomes, tradelines, credit limits, approvals, financing eligibility, or timelines.

Business credit services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, securities, or investment advice.

Business Funding

SurePath Credit Consulting is not the direct lender.

SurePath may assist businesses with funding readiness, prequalification, and navigation of potential business financing opportunities. A SurePath funding prequalification is not a financing application, approval, commitment, or offer of credit.

If a business chooses to proceed with a financing opportunity and authorizes submission of its information, relevant information may be provided to an independent third-party financing provider, platform, or other participant.

Third-party financing providers independently determine underwriting requirements, eligibility, approval, funding amounts, interest rates, fees, repayment terms, collateral or guaranty requirements, and other financing conditions.

SurePath does not guarantee that financing will be offered or that a business will qualify for any particular amount, rate, product, or term.

Personal Credit and Business Financing

A business owner’s personal credit may be one factor considered in connection with some forms of business financing, particularly when a personal guaranty or personal credit review is required.

However, business-financing decisions may also depend on factors such as business revenue, time in business, cash flow, industry, existing obligations, business credit, collateral, lender-specific requirements, and other underwriting criteria.

Improving personal or business credit does not guarantee business-financing approval.

Third-Party Products and Services

SurePath may reference or link to independent third-party credit-monitoring services, financing providers, software platforms, scheduling services, educational resources, or other products and services.

Those third parties maintain their own pricing, eligibility standards, privacy practices, terms, security procedures, and service policies.

A reference or link to a third-party service does not constitute a guarantee of that provider’s products, services, availability, or results.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and service marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Professional Association Membership

SurePath Credit Consulting is a member of the American Consumer Credit Advocates (ACCA).

ACCA describes its mission as promoting compliant practices, raising professional standards, and supporting consumer advocacy within the credit repair industry, and ACCA provides members with a directory listing and website member badge.

SurePath’s ACCA membership is a professional association membership. It does not constitute governmental licensing, governmental accreditation, governmental endorsement, certification of results, or a guarantee of SurePath’s services.

The ACCA name, logo, and member badge are used pursuant to SurePath’s membership rights.

Educational and Professional Information

Information provided on the SurePath website, through educational materials, or in general communications is intended for educational and informational purposes.

Unless expressly included within a contracted SurePath service, general information does not constitute individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, mortgage, lending, or other licensed professional advice.

Clients should consult an appropriately qualified professional when their circumstances require advice outside SurePath’s scope of services.
