For services subject to a written client agreement, payment terms, when fees are earned or payable, cancellation rights, refund provisions, service periods, and any required third-party costs will be governed by the applicable agreement, disclosures, authorizations, and applicable law.

SurePath Credit Consulting is not the direct lender. Business financing, when pursued, is provided by independent third-party financing providers.
Submitting information to SurePath for business-funding prequalification does not by itself constitute a financing application, approval, commitment, or offer of credit.
If you choose to proceed with a financing opportunity and authorize submission of your information, relevant information may be provided to an appropriate third-party financing provider, platform, or other participant.
